Seminar Hosting Terms & Conditions

1. The club or organization hosting the seminar must
   1. Send a letter on club or organization stationary confirming the date, place and length of the seminar (1,2 day, evening or day)
   2. Enclose the honorium. It should be mailed to Dr. Carmen Battaglia, 335 Wexford Glen, Roswell Ga 30075
2. The balance being paid in full on the day of the seminar.
3. If the seminar is canceled the club will forfeit the deposit.
4. We regret that cancellations are non-refundable.
5. If the cancellation is the result of a disaster a refund of 50% of the fee paid will be refunded.
