Listed below are the costs for 2012 seminars

Honorarium, plus expenses (airfare, meals, lodging and parking)

• Honorarium for:
  • Two-day seminar - $700.00
  • One-day seminar - $500.00
  • National Specialty - $400.00
  • Evenng/Half-Day Seminar - $400.00

When your organization or club has selected a date to hold your seminar please call Dr. Battaglia directly at (770) 998-3679 to confirm your date and to clarify any questions you may have.

• Once the seminar is confirmed, please include the following on your organization or clubs letter head
  • One half of the honorarium
  • Date of seminar
  • Name of the site city
  • Name of the facility
  • Closest airport
  • Name of hotel for lodging
  • Name of contact person
  • Your email address
  • Phone and or Fax Numbers
